IT’S BEEN HILLARY ALL ALONG

After
20 some odd years of the first stirrings for women’s suffrage, amongst Male
leaders, actually, the first Female group, with some men present, met in 1848 in
Seneca Falls to discuss women’s rights.
It would take almost 73 years for the U.S. to ratify it’s 19th
amendment to the constitution on August, 26th, 1920, which finally
gave women the same full citizenry rights as men!
Jump
ahead almost another 100 years... That’s just about 200 years fighting for
women’s rights, we look to finally have our first female President of the
United States. It seems the battle to
get a woman to lead our Country has been more of a tussle, than the ending of
slavery, civil rights, and our push for our first African-American
President. Why is that? I don’t dare try to answer that question, as
it would probably take a whole book to explain.
I can say, that it’s ridiculous in my mind, that we have waited until
2016 to finally get it done. If a mother
can run a whole house full of even 1 child to several children, go to work,
come home and run it some more, and then maybe luckily throw in a nap
over-night, she can sure darn run a country!
In
any case, we do find ourselves, with not the first female to run for President
in the primaries, but what looks to be the first apparent female Democratic Nominee
for President, with a resounding 14-point lead in the polls, over her
Republican nemesis, Donald J Trump.
Almost
200 years America… Really? If that doesn’t
show what sort of a judgmental society America can still be, I don’t know what
does. We should have had our first
female President, when Lady Roosevelt graced the White House. They should have just jumped from Franklin
right to her, and carried on another 12 years.
She certainly had the brains, and no doubt the toughness to run America
on the right course.
In
researching Hillary Rodham Clinton, much of which I was familiar, with, and
some I wasn’t, I found her to be a resilient, brilliant, and great voice for
the needy souls of America throughout her career. She has stood through idolatry in greatest
fish bowl in America, she has stood through legal accusations in her business
dealings, she has stood by, while an entire world lay upon this one woman’s
shoulders the mistakes of many on September 11, 2012. A terrorist attack that was going to happen,
no matter who was in charge. I don’t
remember Hillary being at the compound, or flying helicopters in to save those
who were there. I’m not sure how a
person half way across the Country can honestly, truly be found responsible,
for people who didn’t find their own way out of a bad situation, and for those
who were on the ground with them that day!
They are the individuals that the world should come down on, for the
mistakes made in Benghazi.
Hillary
Diane Rodham, was born the eldest of 3 children on October, 26th,
1947 to the wealthy fabric store owner Hugh Rodham, and Dorothy Emma
Howell. Mrs. Rodham, would also labor
over two other children, Hillary’s brothers Hugh Jr, born in 1950, and Anthony
in 1954. They all grew up together about
15 miles NW of downtown Chicago, in a well-to-do suburb.
In
high school, Rodham would immediately jump on her rise to stardom in the
political and legal spheres. She was
part of young Republican groups, eventually landing her first experience on a
big campaign in 1964 at the age of 17 years old, for Barry Goldwater. However, inspired by a speech she saw in
person in Chicago, by the late, great Reverend Martin Luther King Jr., Hillary
became a Democrat in 1968.
After
graduating from Wellesley College in 1969, with experience in student politics,
and being Senior Class President, Rodham would move on to the austere Yale Law
School, graduating with honors in 1973.
She then worked a year of studies with children and medications at the
Yale Child Schooling Center.
Jumping
back into her political career, which ran parallel to her schooling, Hillary
Rodham would end up joining the democratic presidential campaign of then Senator
George McGovern in the western states, and in 1974, she became a member of the
presidential impeachment inquiry staff, looking into the Watergate scandal, as
an advisory role.
It
was soon after, that she would marry longtime boyfriend Bill Clinton, whom she
attended Yale Law School with, and found herself in Arkansas with in 1975, when
they married on October 11th.
A little aside here, for those who like the mystique of numbers. Hillary was born in October, married in
October, married on the 11th, and Benghazi was on the 11th,
as well as 9-11-01. October is always
the strongest month for campaigning. Do
you think October just might pay off for her?
With
Bill Clinton first being labeled the “Comeback Kid” in 1983, for his resurgence,
his second time as Governor of Arkansas, and remaining there until his run for
Presidency in 1992, Hillary had her first run as a First Lady, and a rather
long one. So, when you are chalking up
experience for our future President of the U.S., let’s stop and rewind… Years
of schooling, years of groups she joined, and campaigns she has worked on…experience
with children and families, and a law career that only began to grow in the 70’s. Hillary, was already on her way to where I
think she planned to be, when she was a High School teen.
So,
amongst other things, such as raising Chelsea who was born February 27th,
1980, she was also co-founding the Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Arkansas Legal
Services, and the Children’s Defense Fund.
Oh, and she threw in being a board member to no one important, except
TCBY and Wal-Mart.
Then
came what was to be a dreaded White House for Hillary Rodham
Clinton. I mean, when looking back on
her times as First Lady during her run there from 1993 to 2001, one might be
shocked to be reminded of all that she suffered through, fought against, and stood
above, while those whom she trusted and did business with, and was even
personal with, stabbed her in the back, over and over again. This is a woman that should have had a lot of
revenge in her, but instead, she has always taken the high road, and in doing
so, has shown the World already, that she is a National Leader, and World
Leader, that no one should ever mess with.
She even has Bill tamed these days!
Whether
it was the Monica Lewinsky Scandal, or the Whitewater case involving the rotten
bank they were involved with, or Bill’s impeachment by the House of Republican’s,
she came close to leaving him, but Hillary stuck it
through, according to sources. Now, some women across the
country and world might call that weak.
If it were something that she was being abused by, or that he continued
for years to come, then I could understand her leaving the President of the
United States in the dust. But, how many
women out there would have really left him, over all those scandals,
considering where they were in society?
How many men and women stick around in abusing relationships, and swear they
will get out, but never do, until it’s too late. Much worse circumstances then what Hillary
faced. However, what she did face was a
huge amount of embarrassment, and from the first day of the release of the
Lewinsky story, this reporter remembers her handling it like a Lady, a Giant,
and a Lioness!! I’ve only just begun to
remember why I used to support this woman in the 1990’s so much.
What
has she done for us lately? Well, she
was New York State Senator from 2000-2009, Secretary of State only one term, as
she promised form ’09-’13, she previously worked on Jimmy Carter’s successful
campaign in 1976, and of course, was a huge part of getting her husband elected
President, as well.
In
1998 and again in 1991, the National Law Journal named Hillary R. Clinton, one
of the 100 most powerful lawyers in America, and you don’t get that honor by
mistake!
Although
the Benghazi committee found “systemic failures and leadership and management deficiencies
at the State Department”, Hillary was once again cleared of any wrong doing.
Yet, she still had to suffer through Congressional Trials, and Independent
hearings, where she announced through emotional tears, and what looked like
true wearisomeness, “As I have said many times since 9-11, I take
responsibility, and nobody is more committed to getting this right”! She continued, “I am determined to leave the
State Department and our Country safer, stronger and more secure”. With the advancement, and onslaught of ISIS,
this has become difficult for anyone in our thinned out military and state
departments. An Obama policy, which a devout
Clinton says she will change. She will give us
a strong military again, behind a very strong woman and leader!
Recently,
the powers that be, whom struggle to stop her definitive rise to the White House,
and her rightfully earned position as the First Female President of the United
States, have again been let down, with the dismissal by the FBI, of Hillary R
Clinton engaging in any criminal or wrongdoings in her email server scandal. Once again, Hillary is cleared, and rises
above the mess that others try to bury her in.
Do
you really want to get to know Mrs. Clinton, the next President of the U.
S.? Read her book of memoirs entitled, “Hard
Choices”, by Simon & Schuster.
Why
does Hillary look like the right candidate for the job, and not Trump?
Hillary

This
is why Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton should be, and will be the next American President of the United States, and leader of the World. Be ready
for her inauguration in January. I know
I plan to be there! No matter how crowded it is.
