I saw my grandmother pass at the very young age of 61. Most recently my father at 74 on his Birthday. That is the extent of my close personal losses. I have several health issues, that if I don't continue to get help for, and take proper care of myself, will owe to an even shorter life span this Dad's.
As most of you know, there is a huge battle over health care in America. Why? Mainly because America is a capitalistic market society that renders it's outcomes from wealth.
Most health care systems in the world worked this way. But with the onslaught of unhealthy living, living conditions, and bad food, we have given ourselves over to debilitating our bodies, and life expectancy has recently diminished in America itself.
Many countries in Europe have taken to a Universal Health care System that forgoes your wealth or place in society. They have come to realize that some socialization is the price you pay for wanting to move forth as humans, and to grow society, and lift the age expectancy. With more health coverage, comes better health, and therefore fewer trips to the doctors.

The mistake at this moment in history in America is also filling the pockets of drug companies who create medicines to help, but that also harm us. Some of the very medicine that I take have caused other problems for me, and I just can't seem to understand why they continue to fill our bodies with toxins.
Scientific discoveries in genetics, and health are enhancing our knowledge of how diseases and sickness affect one another, and why they are more effective in certain individuals in harming their bodily systems.
We are learning it is the food we eat, the pills we take, and our lifestyles that can harm us. Genes, however, play a much bigger role we are now finding out when it comes to the reality of our sicknesses.
How does a congress stand by and judge human beings for being who they are. Whether it be a woman or a man, gay or straight, fat or thin, and the list goes on...
We are all humans. We are all formed with genetic dispositions, that yes, one day will give us full immunity from illnesses, but at the present time, is not possible. We are making advancements such as making new organs with 3-D printing and machines that quicken surgeries, therefore greatly lowering the costs of health care.
Yet, many of us still stand by and watch as our leaders treat those who are ill with disdain, and near hate.
True, we can all do more to expand our lifetimes with healthier lifestyles. Yes, we can eat better, exercise more. But, in all honesty, for some people with sorely misplaced genes, these are nowhere complete options to live longer, and stay out of the doctors office. Some of us are just predis-positioned to sickness. It is a terrible spot to be in.
These European countries such as in Germany, where I now live, use a system that allows for health care for everyone, and in fact, demands it! No one citizen is allowed to stand by sick without help. Even here, they are learning about other ways to help the sick get off of pharmaceuticals with the use of many forms of Marijuana, or the non-THC particles of the natural leaf and medicine that was put on this planet with a solid purpose. To make people healthier!
So, when does America finally step up to the plate and institute this type of health care for all citizens of America? When do they offer free health to the poor and sick who can not work, or can only work a limited amount of hours on their feet a week, can't find jobs, but suffer day in and day out.
I have lost a large amount of weight in the past 2 months. I am eating healthier. Yet, I can't still can't stand more than 20 minutes without pouring sweat and feeling dizzy and shaky. Sure, I can go to a job for a little while, but what kind of worker am I going to be having to sit down, or take breaks every half hour for 5-10 minutes without having a heart attack or stroke? This is only my short story. What about those who suffer even more? Who are also left in the depths of a poor life with no help from our Government and the rich powers that be, that hoard all the money in the country to 1% of millionaires and billionaires.
Sure, you might have a decent income, at 100,000 or more, which is still considered poverty now. Not even middle class income to say the least. But, do you really want to pay the exorbitant costs of having a health care plan that you hardly use when you are sick?
With a government sharing it's riches with the poor, needy, and unhealthy, we can allow these people to live longer lives, with better health. Along with the better health, less visits to the emergency room, the doctors and for tests, procedures and operations.
This would and should help to lower the costs of healthy individuals as well. Shouldn't your hard earned tax dollars be spent on more fruitful programs as a unifying health care system, rather than on expenditures that are wasted day in and day out to satisfy the money hungry rich constituents who are basically trying to find a way to make more money?
Millions of Americans have lost their homes, lives, and care over the cost of health care. How do you choose between living longer, eating, and staying a comfortable home you lived in most of your life in many cases? You don't really get a choice. Dying is the best answer, so that you can eventually forgo the mortgage payments and eating, since you are no longer alive!
Is this the kind of nation that greedy Republicans really want? The answer is sadly yes. In a sickly sort of way, they see ridding the country of unhealthy elderly and poor as a way of lessening their burden on THEIR tax dollar. Not yours and mine, but only theirs! Why do you think Congress keeps their number one health care going? Truly not because they've earned it, as Donald Trump might have you believe. Not because they are not paid enough to sit on their asses voting for money mongering bills, going to gluttonous meals and dinners, and celebrations of themselves!
The foolish, uneducated, and selfish Trump is so idiotic that he looks at a Country like Australia's health care system, which is a universal one like Germany's, and one of the top in the world for that reason and says it is the best in the World.
Right on! You got it! So, get off your high horse and put it into place in America you fool!
I urge you to look at Congresses choice of expenditures in their Bill. Unlike they themselves. Take a look at a pie, and see the major amounts spent on military, wars, and things that line their pockets with money, then take a look at the slivers that cover American Citizens most needed programs, such as Social Security, health care, food programs, farmers, and the like!
We need more healthy farmed food.
You can take part in making that happen, by spending less at the grocery store on produced products that eat your body alive, and hit all your local growers for your fruits and vegetables. Find different ways to combing these into fabulous healthy dishes. Go back to the days of cooking home cooked meals, instead of McDonald's, Burger King, and the like. Sure, I love a cheeseburger every once in a while, but I have raised my youngest of three children to realize that this is not healthy, and only a special occasion meal! I've taught to avoid soda on a regular basis or completely as I try to. To drink more water, and eat better foods.
We can all do more to help our health when it comes down to it. Walk, run if you can. Swim!!! Swimming uses more muscles than any other sport, increases your breathing ability, and keeps you thinner and healthier. Hit your pools, and lakes. Barbecue up some corn, and vegetables and fresh farmed meats that have not been imbued with shots of this or that, that you can't even pronounce half the time. Diet drinkers. Do you even know or understand what Sucrose can do to you? It extremely unhealthy for you. You don't need diet drinks. You need juice, water, and pure beverages.
This can all be made at home. Visit an Amish farm. See how they live. See how they grow their own food, and cook their own meals. Find out how their health is, and how long they are living. You'd be amazed at what the natural wonders of the world can do for your body!
Of course, programs like SNAP, food stamps, don't give you the money spending power to get this stuff from farmers or fruit & vegetable stands, but some states are finally allowing this, realizing that it can lower their costs and return Americans to a healthier style of living.
However, that is for the those without the genetic dispositions to sicknesses. The elderly who can't get food down so easily.
What do we do for them? WE HELP THEM! We give our tax dollars to help each other, not to make the rich richer. When will Americans stand up in unity and stop the atrociousness of the Republican driven health care bills?
Write about it, call your representatives and congressman. Fill their emails and mail with letters. Hound the for this change to help the needy! Wouldn't you feel better as a well-to-do human, by helping others survive and improve their lives?
Forget races, nationalities. Forget hate, and your savings account. This isn't what matters. You don't need to fork over more tax dollars for this to happen anyway. You need to make Congress increase health expenditures, and lessen money spent on ridiculous projects.
Less Government for the rich, and more power to the people and their tax dollars is the answer. Don't just complain, but do something about it!
All our lives and futures depend on it!
